Quite a productive few lessons, I’ve decided to combine Wendesday and Thursday’s lessons as we worked on our research investigation for both periods. We were meant to work on Ronelle’s production skills, however Ashleigh has been feeling unwell! I am guessing that we will work on that on Monday.
I feel as though I am on track with my research investigation at the moment. I have about 1,000 words at the moment, and although I acknoweldge that it is very poorly structured, once it is written, I can swap paragraphs here and there. 
It is amazing how much you learn after writing a research investigation, you really are able to identify so many different features and concepts regarding a particular theatre style, and knowing so much about Vaudeville will help me fill in some gaps for my TPPP at the end of the year. I am really enjoying this experience!
On Monday, for our two theatre lessons (I just remembered) we are going to the State Library of Victoria. This will be really helpful, as a lot of sources online state that they got their sources from the state library, so I am hoping to find a range of different sources there! I should come home with a lot of photocopied information regarding Vaudeville, I am also really hoping to find some diagrams, as I can not find any what really depict how the actors moved in a Vaudeville two-act performance, so I think my appendix section of my R.I will be quite slim :/ However, I have hope in the State Library! I have ordered a library card from there which will allow me to access many journals and books at home via the interenet.
